      Want the armor on the cover? Well it's called the Ranger Combat Armor and believe me it's easier to get than the Fallout Wiki says. All you have to do is complete "I put a spell on you" at Camp McCarran. You will have to go to the Camp McCarran Terminal Building. When you enter turn left and walk until you see a door. Inside is Colonel Hsu. He will give you this quest. Talk to Captain Curtis and then Carrie Boyd. DO NOT TELL CAPTAIN CURTIS THAT YOUR INVESTIGATING THE BREAK IN!!!!!! I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!! I did and the quest was near impossible to finish. Once you find out the right info from the two go hide near the control tower. He will show up at night and walk in. Go in and WAIT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE STEPS! When he finishes talking immediately go to the monorail. Go to where Colonel Hsu office is. There will be two sets of stairs. Go up and to the left, down a hall and out the door. There will be a monorail, go in and go to the back left. You will find a vent. Inside is a bomb, to destroy it you need a level 45 science or a level 35 explosives. You can use the activation code but that is way harder. I'll tell you anyway just incase you want to. When your hiding near the control tower let Captain Curtis see you. When he does DO NOT TELL HIM THAT YOU ARE INVESTIGATING THE BREAK IN. Use a different dialog option. He will go back to his room and go to sleep. Pickpocket him while he's asleep to get the activation code. Then the next day go to the control tower at night and he will show up again. Hide, wait for him to go in, then go in and wait at the bottom of the steps. When he gets done talking go immediately to the monorail and use the code to deactivate it. Then go back to Colonel Hsu and tell him about Captain Curtis. The quest will be complete. Now if your at least "liked" by the NCR he will give you a safehouse key. If you are NOT liked go do some more NCR quests. When you are liked go back to Colonel Hsu and get the key. The safehouse is South West of Repconn Headquarters, South East of Junction 15 Railway Station, North East of Neil's Shack, and North West of Black Mountain. When you enter you will have 3 rooms the first one will have a water fountain that gives you 2 hp and 0 radiation, a reloading bench, and a shelf with NCR Power armor and a power helmet, NCR ranger patrol armor and hat, NCR ranger combat armor and helmet, hunting revolver, assault carbine, and a trail carbine. The next room has 7 beds, 7 footlockers, and 2 lockers. Don't and I mean DO NOT store anything there. The woman standing outside will take it. The items you find inside are in terrible condition and need desperately to be repaired. That's it you now have the armor.
